       本文结合中空玻璃MS密封胶的标准并从实际应用出发，简要介绍了中空玻璃MS密封胶常识，并重点阐述了三个重要概念:浸水粘接性、耐老化性及相容性。通过对三个重点概念的剖析，明确了我们在选择中空玻璃MS密封胶时，首先考察所选用的MS密封胶与我们所用的豁结装配结构系统及其附件的相容性;其次考察影响中空玻璃密封寿命的MS密封胶的耐老化性，密切关注MS密封胶与基材的戮结的性能，尤其是浸水豁结性，只有真正这些常识，才能正确选择中空玻璃MS密封胶。

       采用2,4一甲苯二异氰酸酷、聚醚多元醇、蒙脱土、有机硅(a一二经基聚二甲基硅氧烷)和硅烷偶联剂为原料，制备了有机蒙脱土/聚醚多元醇复合物(OMM'T/330N)一有机硅复合改性的硅烷化聚氨醋(SPU)MS密封胶。通过广角X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱手段表征了蒙脱土在复合材料中的分散情况，表征结果显示，有机蒙脱土以平均层间距不小于4.12nm的宽分布分散在SPU基体中。同时对MS密封胶的力学性能进行测试，测试结果表明，经OMMT/330N一有机硅复合改性的SPUMS密封胶具有性能互补效果，当添加质量分数为5%(基于330N)的OMMT和8%的有机硅时，复合改性的SPUMS密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率比纯SPUMS密封胶提高了65.8%和71.6%。

       硅烷化聚氨醋(SPU)是一种新型的高分子材料，它作为一种胶勃剂和MS密封胶的原料，越来越引人注目。欧美等国家发展了硅烷改性聚氨醋技术，开发出性能优异的硅烷改性聚氨醋MS密封胶产品。近年来，国内对SPU的研究也越来越多。从固化原理看，SPUMS密封胶在湿气和催化剂作用下，在聚合物链端具有反应活性的烷氧基硅烷水解后缩合成稳定的硅氧烷(Si-O-Si)交联网络，克服了聚氨醋MS密封胶固化过程中放出CO:而出现发泡的弱点，因此综合性能更为优异，同时符合环保要求，在石油化工、汽车制造和建筑等行业具有很大的市场潜力。http://www.123621.com/
