       与实际基材的豁结中，尤其要注意硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与镀膜玻璃的相容性。镀膜玻璃的生产工艺主要有:

       ①离线镀膜法:真空阴极磁控溅射法(物理气相沉积)、溶胶一凝胶浸镀法和真空蒸发镀法;

       ②在线镀膜法:固体粉末喷涂法和化学气相沉积法(CVD)。

       离线法镀膜玻璃的膜层仍多为“软膜”层，它是在200一300℃条件下将金属氧化物靶材溅射于玻璃表面形成的镀膜层，因膜层化学和热稳定性差，不能单片使用，必须加工成中空、夹层等复合产品使用，在中空玻璃装配中，因为中空玻璃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶不粘贴离线法镀膜层，需将边部膜层磨去(除膜宽度为“胶深++4"，且除膜要彻底，不允许有残留膜层)。在线镀膜法是在浮法玻璃生产线上利用高温热解法生产镀膜玻璃，由于膜层是在高温下形成的金属氧化物，膜层同玻璃通过化学键结合，成为玻璃表面的一部分，膜层坚硬耐磨，牢固度好，属“硬膜”，加工成中空玻璃时无需剔除边部膜层。因此，在实际使用镀膜玻璃时，首先向玻璃厂家了解清楚镀膜玻璃膜层是软膜还是硬膜，在制成中空玻璃时，边部膜层是否要剔除;其次，用镀膜玻璃与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶直接接触做相容性试验，检查硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是否与镀膜玻璃豁结。

       热失重大小不能用来判定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶之间的相容性，必须做直接接触相容性试验。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中是否含有可溶解丁基胶中的基料(丁基橡胶或聚异丁烯)的物质以及该物质含量的多少才是导致丁基胶溶解的根本。按照中国建筑金属结构协会建筑门窗配套件委员会《推荐产品技术评定规则》的规定，聚硫胶热失重为6%，中空玻璃硅酮胶和结构胶为落10%，表14中的三种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的热失重都合格，但相容性2和3不合格。http://www.123621.com/
